POST ONE

RECEPTIONIST & ADMIN ASSISTANT

PART-TIME – JOB SHARE
19 ½ HOURS PER WEEK OF A 34½ HOUR JOB ROLE
Thursday/Friday/Monday – 9.15am – 4.15pm
SCP 1-4 - £17,842 - £18,933 pro rata

Key duties will include covering reception, answering email and phone enquiries, filing, updating website, creating documents, mail merge, updating spreadsheets, assisting with civic events and general administrative tasks.

 The ideal candidates should be highly motivated with excellent IT skills, good organisational skills, be able to work individually or as part of a team, and have office experience preferably in local governmen.

POST TWO

PART TIME-TIME FINANCE ASSISTANT
12 HOURS PER WEEK
TO BE WORKED MONDAY AND WEDNESDAY
SCP 5-8 - £19,312 - £20,493 pro-rata

 The ideal applicant should have experience of managing financial accounts and be competent in raising invoices, payment of invoices, bank/petty cash reconciliation, banking income, experience of year end and the audit processes; Duties will also include providing reception cover when needed.

 The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, have good organisational skills, be able to work individually or as part of a team, and be able to use Microsoft Office & finance software.  Experience of working in local government is desirable.
