Mayor’s Charity Market Returns to Ludlow This July

Ludlow Town Council is pleased to announce the return of the Mayor’s Charity Market, taking place on Thursday 30 July from 9am to 4pm in the heart of Ludlow. The event at Ludlow Market will bring together local traders, community groups, Charities and residents for a full day of shopping, activities and fundraising in support of the Mayor’s chosen charities: Working Together Ludlow and St Michael’s Hospice.

The market will feature a wide range of stalls offering food, gifts and crafts alongside a charity raffle with generously donated prizes. Visitors are encouraged to shop, browse and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere while helping raise vital funds for two organisations providing essential support within the community.

Working Together Ludlow supports adults with learning disabilities through social opportunities, training and meaningful work experience. St Michael’s Hospice provides specialist, compassionate care for people living with terminal illness across Herefordshire and the surrounding areas.

Mayor of Ludlow Cllr Di Lyle said: “The Charity Market is a wonderful opportunity for our community to come together, celebrate Ludlow’s thriving market culture and support two charities making a real difference in people’s lives. Every purchase, every raffle ticket and every visit helps us raise much‑needed funds.”

The Mayor’s Charity Market is free to attend, and all are welcome.
