Mayor of Ludlow Announces Charity Reception and Front‑Row Concert Experience

The Mayor of Ludlow is delighted to announce the next charity event in support of St Michael’s Hospice and Working Together Ludlow: an exclusive Mayor's Reception and front‑row concert experience on 30 September 2026, presented in partnership with the Ludlow Piano Festival.

Guests will begin their evening at 6:15pm with a special reception in the stunning Castle Lodge, where they will enjoy a complimentary welcome drink and canapés. Following the reception, attendees will be escorted to the Ludlow Assembly Rooms for front‑row seats at the 7:30pm performance of Rêverie: The Life and Loves of Debussy, featuring acclaimed pianist Lucy Parham and celebrated narrator Alistair McGowan.

The evening continues with complementary interval drink and an exclusive post‑performance meet and greet with the artists, offering guests a rare opportunity to engage with two of the UK’s most distinguished performers.

Tickets are priced at £40 per person, with all proceeds supporting the Mayor’s chosen charities: St Michael’s Hospice and Working Together Ludlow.

Speaking about the event, Mayor Di Lyle said:

“This promises to be a truly memorable evening in two of Ludlow’s most iconic venues. I’m delighted that we can offer such a special experience while raising vital funds for two organisations that make an enormous difference in our community.”

Tickets are available now from Ludlow Town Council. Early booking is strongly encouraged due to limited capacity.
