Ludlow Town Council Announces Return of Ludlow Seniors Party

Ludlow Town Council is delighted to announce the return of the much-loved Ludlow Seniors Christmas Party, which will take place on Thursday, 5th December from 1:30 pm – 4 pm at Ludlow College.
Highlights include festive entertainment by Tom Wenlock, Christmas carols performed by St Laurence’s Primary School, bingo, a raffle, and sandwiches and cakes served by Ludlow College students. The event is open to Ludlow residents aged 65 and over, and each person may claim up to two tickets.
Tickets will be available from Monday, 28th October, and are free of charge. They can be reserved over the phone (01584 871 970) or in person and collected from Ludlow Town Council at the Guildhall, Mill Street. Tickets will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage early booking to avoid disappointment.
Ludlow’s Mayor, Councillor Beverley Waite, shared her enthusiasm for the event:
"The Seniors Christmas Party is one of the highlights of the year for our older residents. It’s a fantastic opportunity to come together, enjoy great entertainment, and celebrate the festive season as a community. We are excited to welcome back familiar faces for this special occasion and look forward to a memorable afternoon."
The Ludlow Seniors Christmas Party is a great opportunity for our community to enjoy the season and make friends, the event is being kindly hosted by Ludlow College.
Ludlow Town Council also invites local businesses to join the festivities by donating prizes for our Christmas raffle. Donations can be dropped off at the Ludlow Town Council Office at the Guildhall, Mill Street, by Thursday, 28th November.
