Representational Committee
Representational Committee consists of eight members
The Committee remit is as follows:
- Commenting on behalf of the Council on all matters upon which it is consulted by external bodies including planning applications, traffic regulation orders and other highway and parking matters as well as health, educational, environmental, spatial planning and policing issues provided all responses are in accordance with established Council policies. Where a response may involve a change in Council policy the concurrence of the Policy and Finance Committee shall first be sought.
- Participating in Local Area Agreements
- Awarding Project Support Grants
Shropshire Council (SC) is the local planning authority. Ludlow Town Council receives copies of all planning applications relating to Ludlow and acts in an advisory capacity. All current planning applications are available to view online via Shropshire Council Planning Public Access
